This notice explains the cookies and similar browser technologies used by the current Further From Home website—including how Saved Trips stay on your device.
Last updated: 7 September 20261. What are cookies and similar technologies?
A cookie is a small text file that a website may place on a computer, phone or tablet. Cookies can remember an action or preference, support a requested function, measure website use or help deliver advertising.
Websites can also use similar technologies such as local browser storage. Local storage is not a traditional cookie, but it stores information in the browser and is therefore explained in this notice.
2. What the current website uses

The Further From Home application does not currently set an account, payment, advertising or analytics cookie.
3. Why there is no optional-cookie consent banner today
The current build does not automatically place optional advertising, remarketing, personalisation or third-party analytics cookies. Saved Trips storage begins only when you actively request that feature by saving a trip.
The first-party product analytics described above does not use cookie or local-storage identifiers. The website controls and legal notices will be reviewed before any optional technology that stores or reads information on your device for tracking purposes is switched on.
4. Duffel and external providers
Flight searches are sent from the Further From Home server to Duffel. The current search integration does not embed Duffel’s website in the page or allow Duffel to place a cookie through the Further From Home page.
If you later follow a booking or provider link, you leave Further From Home. The external website may use its own cookies and similar technologies under its own privacy and cookie notices.
5. How to clear Saved Trips
You can remove a single saved trip using the Remove button in the Saved Trips panel. You can remove every saved trip using Clear saved trips.
You can also clear local storage using your browser’s privacy or site-data settings. Clearing it removes the Saved Trips list from that browser. Saved Trips are device-specific, so a trip saved on one device will not automatically appear on another.
6. Browser controls
Most browsers let you view, block or delete cookies and other site data. Blocking essential storage may affect a requested feature. Browser controls are separate from controls offered inside the website.
Further From Home cannot control cookies placed when you visit an external provider’s website.
7. Changes to this notice
This notice will be updated when the website, hosting setup or technologies change. The latest version will appear here with a revised update date. Optional cookies will not be activated merely by changing this notice; appropriate website controls must also be implemented where required.
